Cowlitz Vista is a rental home located in Packwood, Washington, a small town nestled
among the trees of Mount Ranier national park, Gifford Pinchot National Forest .   
Mt. St Helen's volcanic monument, and the gateway to the crystal lakes and miles of trails
that the White Pass area has to offer. Sitting under the forest canopy, Cowlitz Vista
provides the most private, relaxing rental around. Back round noises are comprised of
chirping birds and the wind rustling through the trees. Seldom will you see traffic or
neighbors. You might catch a glimpse of an Elk or two moseying through the property.  

Cowlitz Vista Retreat is located a mere 20 minutes to the  White Pass ski area, 1 hour
from Mt. St. Helens (the only volcanic monument in the continental United States),  1.5
hours to wine tasting in eastern Washington, 2 hours south of  Seattle, 2 hours north of   
Portland, and minutes from hiking, lakes, and waterfalls. The broad range of activities
including golfing, skiing, river rafting, wine tasting, hiking, mountain biking, horse back
riding and more makes Cowlitz Vista a great location for your retreat no matter what the
season or occasion might be. The White Pass area truly has something for everybody.
However, don't be fooled. Cowlitz Vista is not a log cabin. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house
offers many modern amenities and style.
